Club Rules

Rules and Regulations of the Parlament Club
Club Entry
Queues at the entrance usually form during concerts because most attendees arrive right before the show starts. However, the club is typically open an hour before the concert. While the main hall might still be closed for soundchecks, the bar area is open for you. A similar situation occurs during regular parties when most of you arrive just before 10:00 PM, even though the club opens at 9:00 PM.

We suggest arriving early because you will:

Avoid queues.

Get good seats.

Have a chance to catch great promotions (happy hours).

Door selection applies during club parties.
There is a strict ban on entry for minors and individuals under the influence of alcohol. The door selector may also refuse entry to anyone whose appearance or behavior does not align with the club's image. Due to the pandemic and current restrictions: Only people who present a valid EU Digital COVID Certificate or sign a declaration at the entrance are allowed into the club.

Payments
Payments at the Parlament Music Club are made using an internal pre-paid card or a credit card.

Pre-paid Card Rules:

The card is the only method of payment at the bars and with waiters (they do not accept cash).

You can top up the card only at the ticket offices at the club entrance with any cash amount.

If you run out of funds, you can top it up during the party.

Withdrawing money from the card is impossible.

Funds on the card can be used at any time during the club's opening hours (e.g., during your next visit).

The card is valid for at least one year.

A receipt printed when goods are issued serves as proof of the charge.

Tips: Don't forget about tips. Simply allow the staff to round up the amount or say the password "TIP," and a 10% charge will be added to your bill.

Having a card does not exempt you from paying the entrance fee.

Cloakroom
The cloakroom at the Parlament Club is mandatory. This is not because we want to make extra money, but for safety reasons. When your jackets, backpacks, etc., are in the cloakroom, we know they are safe. Everyone probably prefers their belongings to be watched over by a friendly cloakroom attendant rather than an overzealous kleptomaniac who miraculously appears nearby. Furthermore, checking your clothes minimizes the risk of unruly guests bringing in dangerous items, outside alcohol, etc. (which is strictly prohibited and results in immediate eviction from the club).

Can I step out for a moment?
This question is often asked during parties, and the only answer you will hear is: "Unfortunately, no."

Reasons for this policy:

Stepping out "for a moment" disrupts our work and causes a lot of confusion.

We don't want to expose Old Town residents to unnecessary noise, which they already experience enough of, especially in the high season.

We want to prevent situations where someone passes their ticket to another person.

Bartenders don't work hard just so someone can drink alcohol bought at the "corner store" because it's cheaper and more extreme. It's neither elegant nor legal.

We care about your health. Going outside sweaty and without warm clothes exposes you to severe colds.

We cannot adequately ensure your safety when you are outside the club.

Therefore, do not be surprised when security refuses to let you step out; with very few exceptions, it is unacceptable.

Can I see your ID?
You often look surprised when asked this question. However, possessing a valid ID card or another document (only a driver's license or student ID) is required to smoothly enter parties at Parlament. We make every effort to ensure only people over 18 are present. We are not convinced by excuses like "he's a friend from our group, he just forgot his ID" or "come on, don't I look 19?". The only effective and reliable method of age verification is an ID document, so whenever you head to Parlament, bring it with you to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Safety
Your safety is our absolute priority. Therefore, all employees have undergone appropriate Health & Safety and Fire Protection training. The club's architecture and equipment are designed to minimize or completely avert danger in any emergency and allow for efficient evacuation if necessary. Parlament is the safest club in the Tri-City due to:

Numerous emergency exits (four in total):

The main entrance (exit to Kołodziejska Street).

At the top of the stairs between the hall and the bar area (exit to the courtyard).

Just past the short stairs on the second level of the main hall, near the sound and light booth (exit to the courtyard).

On the third level on the left side (exit to Teatralna Street).

Fire protection system.

CCTV system monitoring the entire facility.

Effective security.

Working fire extinguishers, located:

Behind all bars.

In the cloakroom.

At waitress stations on all levels.

In the sound and lighting technician's booth.

If you have any further questions about the club's operations, please contact us. We will try to answer them promptly in the essentials.

In case of any concerning situations, please contact club staff immediately.

Final Note: The rules of camaraderie and well-understood rules of social coexistence apply in the Club. Entering the club premises signifies full acceptance of these regulations.
